Elina Sargune

Elīna is Head of the Children and Youth Department at Latvian Television (LTV). Her primary responsibility is to ensure the development of engaging, high-quality content made for young audiences and to oversee the strategic direction of the department, ensuring that it evolves in alignment with audience needs, industry trends and LTV values. 

Her role involves creating and managing new content projects, collaborating closely with the production team to bring fresh ideas to life, and ensuring the execution of projects that resonate with children and youth across Latvia. Also, she is responsible for developing comprehensive strategies that contribute to the growth and impact of the department, ensuring its long-term success and relevance in the media landscape.
