Kim-Ling Nicolai

Kim works as a youth advisor at VRT in team Generation Next. This team dives deep into the world of young people aged 12 to 24. The Generation Next team wants to truly understand what drives them, how they use media, and what captures their attention while scrolling. They do this by gathering existing research and trend reports, but also by talking directly with young people themselves. Their stories, ideas, and experiences gives the team very valuable insights that they share with their colleagues across VRT. This way, Generation Next helps VRT connect with young audiences and in ways that resonate with them.
